East Team (Coach - Tom Williams, Coventry)
Coventry: Stephanie Morin, Nicole Uccello, Lindsay Williams and Eileen Zadrozny.
Manchester: Bella Colletti and Mackenzie Sisson.
Suffield: Angelica Banning, Kacey Gifford and Lauren Gifford.
Tolland: Shaina Carter, Alexis Lyonnais and Alayna Zevallos.

West Team (Coach - Bill Ahrens, Granby)
Canton: Amber Batan and Morgan Scafuri.
Enfield: Olivia Baillargeon, Samantha DelConte and Serena Manzi.
Granby: Courtney Ahrens, Renee Lareau and Brittany Schultz.
Windsor: Alisha Collazo, Macy Fenlason and Miranda Marris.

The U-12 East All-Stars scored their allotted five runs in the first inning to take an early lead but the West came alive in the final three innings to come away with a 10-7 win. Olivia Baillargeon (Enfield) led the West hitters with two singles and Canton's duo of Amber Batan and Morgan Scafuri scored two runs apiece. Granby's Courtney Ahrens & Brittany Schultz and Macy Fenlason (Windsor) combined to earn the West win. Tolland's Shaina Carter paced the East offense, going 3 for 3, and Eileen Zadrozny (Coventry) and Kacey Gifford (Suffield) each scored twice. Stephanie Morin (Coventry), Kacey Gifford and Alayna Zevallos (Tolland) all pitched well for the East squad.

Ellington: Joanna DiStefano and Mackenzie Whiting.
Glastonbury:Cassidy Longo and Lindsey Musco.
Somers: Allie Dubanoski and Samantha Urbon.
Vernon: Courtney Oliva and Laura Skoly.
Willington: Josie Borysevicz and Erica Tremko.

West Division Team (Coach - Don Cardwell, Canton.)
Canton: Olivia Bonini and Christina Cardwell.
Enfield: Nicole Meunier and Melissa Urbon.
Granby: Neve Stearns and Erin Walsh.
Simsbury: Emily Forzono and Alie Garry.
Suffield: Anna Boucher and Kacey Gifford.
West Hartford I: Becky Hoisl and Caroline Karanian.
West Hartford II: Cassidy Grinsell and Melissa Martucci.
Windsor: Kelsey Ballard and Alison Mendola.

The U-14 East Division team scored five times in the second inning and never looked back, blanking their West counterparts 8-0. Josie Borysevicz (Willington), Lindsey Musco (Glastonbury), Joanna DiStefano (Ellington), Megan Kennedy (East Hartford), Samantha Urbon (Somers) and Courtney Oliva (Vernon) pitched an inning apiece and collectively held the West to just three hits, striking out eight. Willington's Borysevicz and Erica Tremko, Cassidy Longo (Glastonbury) and East Hartford's Kennedy and Shannon Klock all had two hits to lead a balanced East offense. Alie Garry (Simsbury), Neve Stearns (Granby) and Windsor's Kelsey Ballard split the pitching for the West stars. Nicole Meunier (Enfield), Erin Walsh (Granby) and Simsbury's Emily Forzono had the West's hits.

Enfield Falcons: Jen Arnone and Lauren Little.
Enfield Fireballs: Lindsey DeFord and Natalie Kyparidis.
Granby: Bethany Grupp and Kelsey Walsh.
Somers: Liz Mashiak and Camille Thomas.
Suffield: Taryn Scozzari.

South Team (Coach - Bill Selavka, VernonI)

In the U-16 nightcap, the South stars scored a pair of runs in the first inning, but were blanked the rest of the way by the North, who ended the 2008 NCGSL summer season with a 9-2 decision. Alex D'Aloisio (Tolland) and Morgan McPartland (Ellington) held the South in check, combining for eight strikeouts. Lindsey DeFord's two singles and aggressive baserunning highlighted the North attack. Liz Mashiak (Somers) belted a 2-run homer to cap a 4-run 5th inning. D'Aloisio, McPartland and Enfield Falcons' Jen Arnone had two hits each. Amanda Longley (Glastonbury), Allyson Fournier (South Windsor), Sarah Carpenter (VernonII), Emily Armstrong (South Windsor) and Allie Vitkus (Manchester White) divided the pitching for the South team. Fournier and Brianna Levick (VernonI) scored the South runs. Caelese Brown (West Hartford), Emily Koehler (Manchester Red), Brittany Fowler (Coventry) and Jill Eitelman (VernonII) had hits.

All participating players received All-Star medals to commemorate this concluding event of the 2008 NCGSL season.
